Our objective is to give you access to delicate, finely-crafted and, above all, high quality French products. We have undertaken a stringent selection process to find suitable suppliers who work with the biggest names in luxury, but who are also based in France, creating and developing products which are no less than 100% French.
The best in quality for a unique selection of products
Most of our supplying partners are specialist craftsmen with small to medium-sized workshops whose production volumes are limited. Some even produce by the piece only. Our team comprises of an ISO9001 quality controller who inspects our suppliers’ premises on a regular basis.
More than a product and a price
A great deal of time has been committed to understanding and relaying the full details of our suppliers in order to provide you, our valued customer, with as much information as possible about how each individual item is produced. We also invite you to ‘Discover with us’ the regions of France where our products are created and manufactured.
Louis and Louis guarantee a quality of the highest degree
We have created our own quality charter, FQP (French Quality Products), to ensure that every available item is produced to an excellent standard. We visit our suppliers’ workshops on a regular basis to control the production process and provide our support, as well as to bring our own ideas and our customers’ requests for new creations. We view our relationship with our suppliers as a true partnership.
For your safety
We handle the transport and delivery of your purchases worldwide. We have a partnership with TNT or FedEx for the delivery of small parcels, and larger items and pieces of furniture are to be shipped via Freight, which we are happy to organize on your behalf. Please note that Freight charges and local taxes are to be paid by the customer. We apply the professional standards of FEVAD (Fédération de Vente à Distance – the federation of long-distance sales), a European Commission backed institute surveying the ethical behaviour of on-line stores.
